Federica Coppola is an assistant professor of law at IE Law School in Madrid, Spain, and a research affiliate at the department of criminal law, Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security, and Law, Germany.Adriano Martufi is an assistant professor of criminal law at the University of Pavia, Italy, and a research fellow at the Leiden Law School, the Netherlands.
