    Beskrivning

This new text assists students in understanding the important science underpinning the formulation of modern dosage forms and how pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical formulations are developed. Moreover, it covers the design and development of a wide range of pharmaceutical formulations and problem-solving issues associated with their production. The chapters support undergraduate and graduate students to develop the knowledge required for their studies or prepare for employment in the pharmaceutical industry that is estimated to be worth $1.42 trillion. This book covers topics from basic drug delivery to the future, including machine learning and sustainability approaches.Key FeaturesOne text covering basic and advanced drug delivery systems.Provides examples of different dosage forms, and emphasizes their importance.Provides chapters in Machine Learning, Sustainability, and Quality/Regulatory.The authors are both pioneers and world leaders.
