She is also the editor of Urban Public Spaces: From Planned Policies to Everyday Politics.Romulo Orrico is Full Professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, working with public transportation planning, economics, and financing. He is a member of the Scientific Council for Higher Education in Brazil.
