Srinivas Reddy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work at Osmania University, India with over 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and fieldwork. He holds a PhD in Social Work from Osmania University, specializing in community development, social policy, child rights, and gender equality. Actively engaged in research, he has led projects on socio-economic development and published extensively on employment schemes, microfinance, and rural entrepreneurship. Dr Reddy collaborates with government agencies and NGOs to implement grassroots initiatives and has presented research at national and international conferences. His work bridges academic knowledge with real-world social impact, driving policy advocacy and community engagement.
