Dr Sweta Smita Dash holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the Department of Psychology, University of Delhi. She is currently a Special Education Assistant Teacher at Maude Trevvett Elementary School, Virginia, USA. Her research experience includes assisting in the Indian Council of Social Science Research-funded project "A Psycho-Social Study on Intergenerational Relations in an Interdependent Society" at Vivekananda College, University of Delhi (2014–2015). With a strong academic background and practical teaching experience, she integrates psychological insights into education, fostering inclusive learning environments and supporting the developmental needs of diverse learners.Dr Sunil Kumar Verma is an Associate Professor at Vivekananda College, University of Delhi, India. He has published more than 50 research papers in reputed national and international journals, along with several book chapters. Dr Verma has also been the Principal Investigator of multiple funded projects, including Suicide in Sikkim: A Psycho-Social Study, A Psycho-Social Study on Intergenerational Relations in an Interdependent Society, and The Grass is Not Always Greener on the Other Side: A Study on Male Marginalization and Victimization. He has participated in numerous national and international conferences and has received several fellowships.
