Applications of AI and LLMs in Production and Services Industries

Dr. Prashant Upadhyay (Senior Member IEEE) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Sharda School of Computing Science and Engineering, Sharda University. He is concurrently a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology in Taiwan. With more than seven years of combined teaching and research experience, Dr. Upadhyay has made significant contributions to his field. His scholarly output includes the publication of 2 SCI-indexed and 4 SCOPUS-indexed journal articles, 13 conference papers, and 17 book chapters. He has also authored one book, edited 6 books, and been awarded 8 Indian utility patents and 3 design patents. An active member of the academic community, Dr. Upadhyay has served as a session chair at several international conferences, including GTSS-2026, ICDT-2024, ICDETGT-2023, and ICDT-2023. His commitment to the scientific community is further demonstrated by his regular contributions as a peer reviewer for leading SCI/SCIE indexed journals such as Expert Systems with Applications, Frontiers in Neurology, IET Image Processing, Biomedical Signal Processing and Control, Journal of Bionics Engineering and Applied Artificial Intelligence.Pancham Singh (IEEE) is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology at AKGEC, Ghaziabad since 2007. He has over 18 years of teaching experience and one year of industry experience. He completed his B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (formerly UPTU), Lucknow, in 2005. He earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology from RTU, Kota, in 2013. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), New Delhi, since January 2023. He has written and edited five books in Computer Science and Engineering. He has Presented/Published more than 45 papers in reputed International Conferences and Journals and also reviewed more than 100 research papers. Mr. Singh has published more than 35 National and International Patents, 6 Design Grants and 1 Utility Grant. He was a Session Chair several Conference and Journals. He worked as a timetable in-charge for over 13 years and a media in-charge for over 8 years. He performed Flying Squad Duty many times for AKTU as an In-charge and team member. He has attended more than 50 Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and at national and international levels. He worked as an in-charge for NBA and NAAC accreditation at AKGEC. His research interests include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Blockchain, the Internet of Things, and Software Engineering.Dr. Satya Prakash Yadav (FIETE & SMIEEE) is currently the Associate Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur, U.P. , India. He is also as Associate Dean R &D and Professional Practices. Dr. Yadav has done his Postdoctoral Research Fellow from Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará, Brazil. He has awarded his PhD degree from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) (formerly UPTU). Currently, 4 students are working for Ph.D. under his guidance. A seasoned academician having more than 18 years of experience, he has published four books (Programming in C, Programming in C++ and Blockchain and Cryptocurrency) under I.K. International Publishing House Pvt. Ltd. Including Distributed Artificial Intelligence: A Modern Approach, Published December 18, 2020 by CRC Press. He has undergone industrial training programs during which he was involved in live projects with companies in the areas of SAP, Railway Traffic Management Systems, and Visual Vehicles Counter and Classification (used in the Metro rail network design). He is an alumnus of Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), Delhi University. A prolific writer, Dr. Satya Prakash Yadav has published six patents and authored many research papers in web of science indexed journals. Additionally, His area of specialisation is in the areas of Image Processing, Information retrieval and Features extraction.
