Kofi Owusu Adjei is an academic and a professional in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management. He currently serves as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg. He holds a PhD in Engineering Management and MSc in Construction Project Management from the Netherlands. He holds a B.Tech and a Higher National Diploma in Building Technology from the Kumasi Technical University, Ghana. Dr. Adjei has an impressive publication record, having contributed to over 30 peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers. His research focuses on construction project management, construction digitalisation, and sustainable health and safety practices. In addition to his research achievements, Dr. Adjei has extensive experience in academic mentorship. He is also a senior lecturer at Kumasi Technical University. He has supervised research leading to 1 PhD, 2 Master's degrees, 15 Bachelor's degrees, and 115 Higher National Diploma graduates. He has a strong background in construction site practices and construction cost management, as demonstrated through his doctoral thesis, research, and practice. He is a professional engineer registered with the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Ghana.Clinton Ohis Aigbavboa is a Professor in the Department of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying and Director of cidb Centre of Excellence & Sustainable Human Settlement and Construction Research Centre, University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Currently, he is the Chair of SARChI in Sustainable Construction Management and Leadership in the Built Environment at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Before delving into academics, he was a quantity surveyor on several infrastructural projects in Nigeria and South Africa. He completed his PhD in engineering management and has published several research papers in the areas of housing, construction, engineering management, and research methodology for construction students. Also, he has published over seventeen research books. He has extensive knowledge of practice, research, training, and teaching. Thwala Wellington Didibhuku is a Research Professor and Executive Dean at the Walter Sisulu University, South Africa. He has varied research interests, including project management, construction management, supply chain management, leadership in the construction industry, construction digitalisation, Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) and smart cities. He is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Construction Project Management and Innovation. He has more than 400 published and peer-reviewed journals, chapters in books and conference proceedings locally and internationally.
