She has authored two books, 13 edited volumes, and 63 publications, including research papers and book chapters, and has received seven granted patents and two best paper awards. Her academic contributions include publishing 22 papers in UGC-approved journals, presenting 15 papers at national and international conferences, and chairing five international conferences, along with serving as a reviewer for reputed journals. Dr. Trivedi earned her Ph.D. in Management (Finance) from the University of Kota, Rajasthan, in 2017, focusing on risk management in the life insurance industry, and previously worked as a Teaching Assistant at S.V. National Institute of Technology, Surat. Her research interests include blockchain, finance, banking, and insurance, and she actively contributes to university committees such as training and placement, admissions, and NAAC inspection.Miguel Sahagun is the Charles T. Ingram Associate Professor of Marketing at High Point University, North Carolina, USA, where he has been part of the Earl N. Phillips School of Business since 2015. His teaching and research focus on consumer behavior, marketing strategy, neuromarketing, growth mindset pedagogy, and AI in education. He also serves as Director of the BEACON Neuromarketing Lab, where students use biometric tools such as eye tracking, GSR, facial expression analysis, EEG, and ECG to conduct applied research. Before joining HPU, Miguel served as MBA Program Director at the Instituto Internacional de Estudios Superiores in Reynosa, Mexico, and worked in the furniture and automotive industries, progressing from industrial engineer to plant manager. He is an active scholar, editor, keynote speaker, and international presenter, with research and academic presentations delivered across North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. At HPU, he chairs the Study Abroad Committee and leads the Marketing in Spain program at the University of Salamanca.Ahmed A. Elngar is an Associate Professor and Head of the Computer Science Department at the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Beni-Suef University, Egypt. He also serves as an Associate Professor at the American University in the Emirates and an Adjunct Professor at Woxsen University, India. He is the Founder and Head of the Scientific Innovation Research Group (SIRG) and Director of the Technological and Informatics Studies Center (TISC) at Beni-Suef University. Dr. Elngar has published over 150 research papers in prestigious international journals and authored more than 35 books on topics such as data mining, intelligent systems, and artificial intelligence. His research interests include IoT, network security, machine learning, and healthcare systems, among others. A member of the Egyptian Mathematical Society and International Rough Set Society, he is also an editor and reviewer for numerous international journals. Dr. Elngar has received several awards, including the Young Researcher in Computer Science Engineering Award (2019) and the Best Young Researcher Award (2018).
