    Shantanu K. Bansal is Delhi-based Strategic Analyst and founder of the Indian Aerospace Defence News (IADN), India's leading defence and strategic news portal established in 2012. With over ten years of research and analysis experience, his work covers reforms in India's external intelligence including Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) and Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA). He has served as senior consultant to the Army Training Command (ARTRAC), Indian Army and Helicopter Training School (HTS), Indian Air Force.Monojit Das is Researcher in geopolitics and national security, currently serving as Honorary Advisor to Indian Aerospace Defence News (IADN). His research interests encompass strategic affairs, defence policy, and international security, with numerous publications contributing to national and regional security discourse. He has undertaken significant roles in advancing academic diplomacy and educational cooperation through engagements with ICCR, MEA, Government of India.
