Robonomics

ROBONOMICS: A Toolbox for Governing AI’s Impact on Socioeconomic Systems advances a systematic framework for an emerging discipline devoted to the study of how artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation are reshaping contemporary socioeconomic systems. Combining insights from economics and sociology, Riccardo Campa develops an interdisciplinary approach to the governance of the robonomic system. Through social policy and scenario analyses, the book examines alternative responses to technological unemployment, technological impoverishment, and the broader challenges of automated societies. More than a survey of policy debates, this book provides both a conceptual foundation and a therapeutic toolbox for governing one of the most profound socioeconomic transformations of the twenty-first century.
