Sushma S. Kulkarni is the former Vice Chancellor of NICMAR University Pune and a distinguished academic leader in engineering education. She also serves as the immediate past Chair of the Global Engineering Deans Council; a global body committed to advancing the quality of engineering education. With over 38 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership in civil engineering, her areas of expertise include concrete technology, construction management, Total Quality Management (TQM), watershed management, and engineering education. She previously served as Director of Rajarambapu Institute of Technology for more than 16 years, where she played a transformative role in institutional development.Rajni Kant Rajhans is Dean-Research & Development at NICMAR University, Pune. Dr. Rajhans has earned academic credentials such as a B.Sc. Engineering (Electronics & Communication Engineering with Distinction), MBA (Finance) & Ph.D. (Management). He teaches Managerial Accounting, Financial Management, Project Appraisal, Real Estate Investment & Finance, Corporate Valuation, and other related courses. A state rank holder in the engineering entrance exam, and merit scholarship recipient in all four semesters of MBA, Dr. Rajhans was awarded the Teaching Excellence Award at NICMAR in 2019. Dr. Rajhans has research interests in Corporate Finance, Valuation, and Green Finance.Sergio Cavalaro holds the Chair of Infrastructure Systems at Loughborough University (LU). He joined LU in 2017 after 11 years at the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (UPC, Barcelona, Spain). He is passionate about accelerating the cycles of research, innovation, adoption and transformation to produce a step change and address wicked problems affecting the built environment via highly multidisciplinary, collaborative initiatives. He has pushed the frontiers of automation in construction and repair, circular economy of modern methods of construction, new construction materials, structural design and durability applied to construction and repair.Shashank B S, an IGBC-accredited faculty, is a distinguished academician and administrator with a doctoral degree in Civil Engineering. With over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership, he is spearheading the undergraduate Civil Engineering program at NICMAR University. An expert in Concrete Technology, Dr. Shashank is deeply committed to embedding digitalization and sustainability into engineering education. His research interests encompass self-healing concrete, advancements in concrete technology, and alternative building materials.
