Friedrich Pillichshammer is Associate Professor in the Institute for Financial Mathematics at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. Arne Winterhof is Senior Fellow at the Johann Radon Institute for Computational and Applied Mathematics (RICAM) at the Austrian Academy of Sciences, Linz. Chaoping Xing is Full Professor in the Department of Physical and Mathematical Sciences at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
