Recent Anglophone scholarship has successfully shown that Nietzsche's thought makes important contributions to a wide range of contemporary philosophical debates. Paul S. Loeb is Emeritus Professor of Philosophy at the University of Puget Sound, Washington. He is the author of The Death of Nietzsche's Zarathustra (Cambridge, 2010) and Unpublished Fragments from the Period of 'Thus Spoke Zarathustra' (2019). Matthew Meyer is Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Scranton. He is the author of Reading Nietzsche through the Ancients: An Analysis of Becoming, Perspectivism, and the Principle of Non-Contradiction (2014) and Nietzsche's Free Spirit Works: A Dialectical Reading (Cambridge, forthcoming).
