Mathilde Cohen is Professor of Law and the Robert D. Glass Research Scholar at the University of Connecticut, USA. Cohen is a Research Fellow at the CNRS, France.Yoriko Otomo is Senior Lecturer in Law at SOAS, University of London, UK.
