Reading Alasdair MacIntyre’s After Virtue

After Virtue is a watershed in MacIntyre''s career. It follows his emergence from Marxism, but draws on Marxist sources and arguments. It precedes his move to Thomism, but already draws on Augustine and Aquinas.
