Nadia Narain and Katia Narain Phillips were born and raised in Hong Kong, of Indian and South African heritage.Nadia has spent nearly thirty years exploring movement, breath, and healing, working with everyone from Arsenal Football Club to pregnant women, performers and CEOs. She spent two decades teaching at Triyoga London and created one of the UK’s first Pregnancy Teacher Training programmes. Today her passion lies in guiding breathwork, holding space for deep transformation, and helping people open their hearts and connect with themselves in an authentic way.
