Michael P. V. Barrett is vice president for academic affairs, academic dean, and professor of Old Testament at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is a minister in the Heritage Reformed Congregations.

The author of Hebrews is insistent: without holiness, no one will see the Lord. Drs. Beeke and Barrett will not settle for anything less than total commitment to pursue holiness, whatever the cost. If you can settle for less, then don’t read this book. But settling for less may cost you dearly.
