Discover a world of flavourful, affordable, and planet-friendly eating with Vegan (ish), Jack Monroe's collection of 100 simple, budget-friendly plant-based recipes. 'My theory is, if all of us adopted a few more plant-based meals into our diets on a weekly basis, not only would our food bills go down, but so would our environmental impact' This vibrant cookbook is perfect for committed vegans and anyone looking to incorporate more vegan meals into their diet. From Breakfast Muckmuffins to Beet Wellington, Kinda-Carbonara to Bakewell Tart, Jack's easy, creative recipes burst with flavour while keeping costs low. Packed with inventive, uncomplicated dishes, Vegan (ish) makes plant-based cooking accessible and appealing - whether you want to take the leap, be kinder to the planet, cook for a vegan friend, or simply put more plant power in your everyday meals. 'Jack Monroe is both cookery writer and tenacious campaigner . . . she understands first hand what it's like to be skint and have the desire to put something delicious on the table' - Nigel Slater
