Recensioner i media

“War is hell, and with visual flair McComsey makes us feel we’re on the battlefield, in the mud, surrounded by chaos. But Smedley rises above a standard biography and becomes a captivating look at an entire country’s relationship with war and its soldiers.” — Anthony Del Col, writer of Luke Cage, Son of Hitler, and Assassin’s Creed“A fascinating, informative and a fun read…. The art is crisp and engaging…. The story is riveting as Smedley’s adventures, accomplishments and deep compassion for the Marine and soldiering fill every page.” — Spotter Up“[A] spirited graphic biography... McComsey uncovers a key historical military figure in this graphic narrative.” — Publishers Weekly
