She has over 12 years of experience in teaching and research as well as industrial experience in production. She has many national and international publications to her credit, including papers in Scopus-indexed journals. She takes an active part in seminars and conferences and in organizing workshops. Her areas of interest are human resource management, cross-cultural management, and related areas.Prasenjit Chatterjee, PhD, is Associate Professor of the Mechanical Engineering Department at MCKV Institute of Engineering, India. He has published over 80 research papers in international journals and conferences. He has received numerous awards and is a guest editor of several special issues in international journals.
