Great book
The book is a great comprehensive tool for anyone who is tired of conventional methods of healing or desires to dabble in essential oils. I have a diffuser in my home and it's great, but now I know a little more about the different types of oil that came with the diffuser. The 30 detailed profiles helped me out a lot. Would highly recommend this book to either a total newbie or someone who wants more knowledge on different essential oils and the benefits each one holds.

Love it!
I looked at bookstores and downloaded a ton of kindle samples trying to find a book with easy to read ideas & after 5 months found this one. I love it. It got common oils to use and simple easy to use ideas. It's set up is easy to highlight and make notes.
