She is a regular speaker on management, literature, and women’s empowerment in industry. She also has been a Soft Skills and Behavioural Development Trainer for the Central Reserve Police Force, Indian Army, Border Security Force, and police personnel.Gurinder Singh, PhD, is the Director of the Executive Programs Management Domain at Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, Greater Noida Campus, India. He has more than 27 years in institutional building, teaching, consultancy, research, and industry. He was the Founder Pro Vice-Chancellor of Amity University, the Founder Director General of the International Business School, and Founder CEO of the Association of International Business School, London, UK.
