Eastern Whip-poor-will and Other Bird Songs

Whip-poor-will is a nocturnal bird carrying our all its main functions in the dark. This bird is a typical nightjar from North America producing a distinctive repetitive tune capable of inducing a state of trance, aiding or disturbing state of deep sleep or medication. It is this almost psychedelic rhythm and tune that made this bird a topic of numerous legends.
