Shalaby is an Environmentalist and Climate Change expert and has worked for the World Bank, the African Development Bank, and currently as a Consultant for IFAD and UNEP in a career spanning twenty years. Martin Ayanore is a Public Health Specialist specializing in health economics, health policy planning and health systems research.
