Linda Hume is a Registered Nurse for Learning Disability and is a part time co-ordinator at The Challenging Behaviour Foundation and Lecturer at the University of Stirling. Her teaching and research focus on working with families and supporting organisations implement evidence-based person-centred approaches.Nadia Khan is a Behaviour Analyst and is a Positive Behaviour Support Manager at the Richmond Fellowship Scotland. Nadia has a background in adult social care, residential school settings, and individual support withinfamily homes.Martin Reilly is the Positive Behaviour Support Lead with the National Autistic Society in Scotland. He has supported the development of the National PBS team within the NAS, and has 15 years’ experience working with autistic people and those with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
