Chunoo (he/his) is a teaching assistant professor of leadership studies at Florida State University, USA.Brittany Devies serves as the inaugural Director for the Center for Fraternity and Sorority Organizational Wellness at Florida State University, USA, leading their research initiatives around organizational leadership and wellness.

Guthrie, Chunoo, and Devies continue to advance justice, equity, and inclusion as the heart of leadership education. The 2018 Changing the Narrative makes a compelling case for WHY social justice and leadership education are inextricably linked. The 2021 Shifting the Mindset widens and deepens the discourse to address WHAT identities have been historically marginalized, and offers critical considerations for inclusion. The most recent volume, Committing to Action, wisely hones in on the HOW. By including empirical research, case studies, and a plethora of programmatic examples, the contributors detail specific steps and action-oriented commitments to enact this imperative agenda.
