Gerald McGarry has been a keen hillwalker and climber for many years. He has mountaineered extensively throughout Scotland, the Alps and in five of the seven continents (so far!). In a busy professional career every spare moment was spent in the great outdoors. When Gerald isn’t hillwalking, climbing or complaining about the lack of Scottish ice, he can be found on his paddleboard or kayak or having a swim at his home beside Loch Lomond.
