Definitely a great read! I wanted to give it five stars after the first few chapters since I'd already got so much value out of it. But the rest of the book is also really interesting and backed up by scientific research while staying to the point. Most exercises work well for me and there's recaps to help you memorize each chapter's content. Thanks so much !
