I have taken some public speaking classes and have spoken in front of a small group of people before, and many of the things that I have learned are here in this book. I truly recommend this book if you need to learn more about this topic.

Public speaking for me has always been a seemingly insurmountable mountain but I have grown and learned to press through everything that opposes me doing it, and just do it anyway. This book highlights a lot of strategies in overcoming hindrances and learning how to ... as the author says ... do it afraid. The author is very transparent with his own experiences, which I can appreciate and I found this book very relevant.
