“This is very clearly written for senior residents, fellows, or practicing acute care surgeons. … The book covers all aspects of the care of patients with colorectal cancer in an emergency setting. … This is a nice book. It is thorough and complete in its review of this topic. There is a great deal of good information on the different issues acute care surgeons may encounter with this population/pathology.” (Peter Nau, Doody's Book Reviews, September 13, 2019)
