Rahma Bourqia is director of the National Evaluation Authority in the Higher Council of Education Training and Research (Morocco). She has a PhD in sociology from University of Manchester (UK), and has conducted extensive research on a variety of issues specifically in the areas of political sociology, social and cultural anthropology of the Middle East; gender studies, youth, and sociology of education.Marcelo Sili is director of the Center for Action and Territorial Development Studies at National University of the South, Bahia Blanca, Argentina. He has a PhD in rural development from the University of Toulouse-Le Mirail (France).
