Giuseppe Servillo is full professor of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine at University of Naples Federico II. He is the chief of department of Anesthesia, intensive care and pain therapy. He has published more than 100 papers in the field of critical care medicine and anesthesiology in top journals. His field of interest are ARDS, respiratory failure, mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy, COVID-19. He is the past coordinator of the intensive care area of the Italian Society of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care (SIAARTI).Maria Vargas is associate professor in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine at University of Naples Federico II. She is the local coordinator of the intensive care unit. She has published more than 70 papers in the field of Intensive care and anesthesiology.
