Menstrual Bleeding and Pain Disorders from Adolescence to Menopause

This book focuses on menstrual cycle bleeding and pain disorders from menarche to menopause.  Hormonal and tissue basis of menstrual cycle are described as well as the role of ultrasound in the evaluation of normal  and abnormal endometrium and sex steroid hormones used in the treatment of such disorders.
