Shani D. Carter is the Associate Director of Assessment at Stevens Institute of Technology (Hoboken, NJ). Dr Carter taught courses in human resource management, organizational behavior, and leadership for nearly 30 years. Sara Bensal is a Lecturer Professor at Ibn Zohr University (Agadir, Morocco).
