His research interests are business systems analysis and design, data analytics, information systems security and privacy, and information systems education.Henry Linger is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Information Technology at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. His research is directed at understanding how work is actually done by examining the pragmatic, conceptual, and cognitive practices of work in order to inform the design of Information Systems artifacts.Christoph Schneider is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Operations, Information, and Technology at IESE Business School, Barcelona (Spain). His research focuses on the effects of user interface design on cognition, affect, and behavior, in particular in the context of web-based user interfaces.
