Carlos Pérez Bergmann is a full Professor at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. He has experience in Material and Metallurgical Engineering, acting on the following subjects: nanostructured materials, surface engineering, materials characterization, and recycling of materials.Fernando Machado Machado is an associate professor at the Federal University of Pelotas, Brazil.
