Boris Kantsepolsky, Ph.D., is a scholar-practitioner and seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience leading strategy, business development, product innovation, and technology development in multinational corporations. He is currently a senior core faculty member at the School of Information Systems at The Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo and serves as a national representative on the Management Committees of the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) Actions. His research focuses on Quantum Information Science and Artificial Intelligence.Lev Topor, Ph.D., is an academic scholar and a senior consultant in the fields of cybersecurity, cyber intelligence, and antisemitism. He has published widely, including the books: Why Do People Discriminate against Jews? (OUP 2021), Phishing for Nazis: Conspiracies, Anonymous Communications and White Supremacy Networks on the Dark Web (Routledge 2023), Cyber Sovereignty: International Security, Mass Communication, and the Future of the Internet (Springer 2024), and Synthetic Hate: AI-Enhanced Antisemitism and Online Radicalization (Routledge, forthcoming late 2026).
