Dr. Ramakrishnan Raman is the vice chancellor of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) and an accomplished academician with over two decades of experience across corporate, academic, and research domains. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering, an MBA in systems and marketing, and a PhD in management. Having served Symbiosis in various leadership roles, Dr. Raman has driven international collaborations with universities in Japan, Canada, the UK, and the United States. His research focuses on information systems, IT strategy, entrepreneurship, AI, and big data and has earned him significant recognition in international academic circles.Dr. Alka Maurya is a computer science graduate and has done her master’s in international business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, India, and her PhD in international business from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, India. Her areas of specialization are international trade, trade agreements, FDI, global services trade, disruptive technology, and international business. With over 28 years of experience, Dr. Alka has been recognized with multiple national and international accolades for her contributions in research, teaching, and consulting. She has been invited as a keynote speaker for various international/national conferences and seminars in international business. She has published several books and research papers/case studies in her area of specialization. Teaching and research are her passions, and she also likes to spend her time shaping young minds to take up the challenges in this dynamic and competitive environment.Dr. Chitra Krishnan, PhD, is an associate professor of HR and OB at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies Noida, Symbiosis International University, Pune, India, and a certified HR analyst from IIM Rohtak. She is a teaching professional with over 19 years of national and international experience. She possesses excellence in teaching and research. Before her academic career, she worked in various positions of responsibility in the industry. She has been actively involved in rigorous academic pursuits in higher professional education to enhance skill sets that promote the holistic development of learners. She has several publications in acclaimed journals at the national and international levels and has participated in many national and international conferences. She is passionate about writing and has 10 books to her credit with international publishers like Emerald, Springer, IGI Global, Taylor & Francis Bentham, etc. She has been empanelled as a member of the review committee for conferences and journals of repute. Her areas of interest include human resource management, organizational behavior, talent management, diversity management, employee satisfaction, knowledge management, artificial intelligence, and emotional intelligence.Dr. Richa Goel is an academician with over 24 years of experience in economics and management. Currently, she serves as an editor for the highly peer-reviewed Journal of General Management and Research, as well as associate editor for the Journal of Sustainable Finance & Investment (Q1, ABDC-A), and as an editorial advisor and board member for Emerald Journal of Journal of Health Organization and Management (JHOM; Q2, ABDC-B LISTED). She is presently an associate professor at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Noida, Symbiosis International University, Pune, India. As the Emerald series editor for "Emerald Studies in Sustainable Approaches to Poverty," Dr. Goel emphasizes the importance of collective action in addressing poverty. In continuing her mission for alleviation of poverty she holds a position as global ambassador for the Asia region under CWISD where she is working toward women empowerment and entrepreneurship and leadership and resilience, more focused on African continent. She is also acting as ambassador for the Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP) where she has dived deep into the global indicators of the Global Peace Index (GPI), which can help address global challenges such as climate change, economic inequality, or political instability. Dr. Richa Goel, a gold medalist in economics and PhD in management, is a global voice in diversity management, women empowerment, and sustainable development. Author of more than 25 books with top publishers (Springer, Emerald, Taylor & Francis), she serves as lead editor for Scopus-indexed journals and Q1 special issues. Her research spans SDGs, emerging markets, responsible transformative series on "Women Empowerment, Digitization, and Gender Equality" with Taylor & Francis, collaborating across continents to shape resilient futures.
