Kanat Tilekeyev is an agricultural economist. He was involved in research and development projects in Kyrgyzstan. With a joint scholarship from the University of Central Asia (UCA) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), he also studied at the University of Gießen (Germany) before joining UCA’s Institute of Public Policy and Administration as a research fellow.
