Stephen F. Brown, Ph.D. (1965) in Philosophy, Université de Louvain, is Professor of Theology and Director of the Institute of Medieval Philosophy and Theology, Boston College. He has edited the texts and published extensively on many of the medieval authors discussed in this volume.Thomas Dewender, Ph.D. (1999) in Philosophy, University of Bochum, is assistant in the Philosophy Department, University of Bonn, where he is teaching and doing research mainly on ancient and medieval philosophy. Theo Kobusch, Ph.D. (1972) in Philosophy, University of Giessen, is Professor of Philosophy at the University of Bonn.
