Companion to the Poema de mio Cid

Irene Zaderenko, Ph.D. (1994), Graduate School-City University of New York, is Professor of Spanish Literature at Boston University. She has published monographs and many articles on epic poetry, including El monasterio de Cardeña y el inicio de la épica cidiana (Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, 2013).Alberto Montaner, Ph.D. (1994), Universidad Complutense de Madrid, is Professor of Spanish Literature at Universidad de Zaragoza. He has published monographs, philological editions, and many articles on epic poetry, including a landmark edition of Cantar de mio Cid (Real Academia Española, 2011; 2nd. rev. ed. 2016).
