Jens De Vleminck is a philosopher, sexologist, and psychoanalyst (Belgian School for Psychoanalysis). He is Junior Researcher at the Institute of Philosophy (KU Leuven). Eran Dorfman is a philosopher specializing in Continental Philosophy and Psychoanalysis. He is currently an Alexander-von-Humboldt Fellow at the Freie Universität (Berlin) and Program Director at the Collège International de Philosophie (Paris).

En inderdaad in dit boek hebben meer dan tien filosofen en psychoanalytici, kenners van Lacan en Freud, uit verschillende werelddelen in twaalf boeiende en uitdagende essays bewezen dat het thema van de seksualiteit zeer geschikt is om deze wederzijdse bestuiving vrucht te doen dragen.
