It emphasizes a comparative analysis of the legal and procedural aspects of the three currently active courts, the European, Inter-American, and African Human Rights Courts, while also considering the Arab Court of Human Rights, which has not yet become operational. By examining the procedural elements of all regional human rights courts from a comparative point of view, this edited collection fills a gap in the existing literature. This book contains eleven chapters by different authors, each addressing a particular procedural or institutional issue related to regional human rights courts.
