Votes Without Power – The Hong Kong Legislative Council Elections, 1991

This book attempts to answer the questions related to the important election on the basis of extensive survey research in Kowloon Central constituency. There are also chapters which examine the wider implications of the election for the political system, voting behaviour in four Catholic parishes, and the electoral administration system.
