Associate Professor Dr. Siew Fun Tang is the Dean of Learning and Teaching at Taylor’s University, Malaysia. In her own research, Dr. Tang explores academic performance, evaluation and development. She was invited by the Malaysian Ministry of Education to share her research findings on the assessment of teaching performance.Dr. Swi Ee Cheah, Ph.D., is the Associate Dean of Postgraduate, Research and Innovation at the School of Education, Taylor’s University, Malaysia.
