Soumi Majumder completed her PGDM (specialization in Human Resource Management) from All India Management Association, Ministry of HRD, Government of India, 2012. She did her Diploma in Labour Laws with Administrative Laws (DLLAL) and Master of Business Administration (HRM) from Annamalai University, under Tamil Nadu Government in 2013 and 2020, respectively. She is an associate researcher at the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, Logroño, La Rioja, Spain. She is an assistant professor of Future Business School, Future Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India. Previously, she was associated with Sister Nivedita University, Techno India College of Technology, NSHM College of Management and Technology, J D Birla Institute of Science and Commerce, West Bengal State Labor Institute, Siliguri, DAITM and many more B Schools. She is having 6 years of experience in academia and 2 years of industrial experiences. She has 2 authored books from Springer Nature, 1 authored book from Taylor and Francis group and more than 20 research papers in national, international conferences and journals in the area of quality work-life, decent work-life, work-life balance, stress management, employee engagement, job satisfaction, leadership, training, learning, etc. She has 3 copyrights from Government of India for her research work. Furthermore, she is a member of the AIMA, ACM, IS, SDIWC and NIPM.Nilanjan Dey is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Techno International New Town, Kolkata, India. He is a visiting fellow of the University of Reading, UK. He also holds a position of Adjunct Professor at Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Previously, he held an honorary position of Visiting Scientist at Global Biomedical Technologies Inc., CA, USA (2012–2015). He was awarded his PhD from Jadavpur University in 2015. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Ambient Computing and Intelligence, IGI Global, USA. He is the Series Co-Editor of  Springer Tracts in Nature-Inspired Computing (Springer Nature), Data-Intensive Research(Springer Nature),  Advances in Ubiquitous Sensing Applications for Healthcare, Elsevier and Hybrid Computational Intelligence for Pattern Analysis and Understanding, Elseviser. He is an associate editor of  IET Image Processing and editorial board member of Complex & Intelligent Systems, Springer Nature, Applied Soft Computing, Elsevier etc. He is having 35 authored books and over 300 publications in the area of medical imaging, machine learning, computer aided diagnosis, data mining, etc. He is the Fellow of IETE and Senior member of IEEE.
