Aid effectiveness remains a global concern, especially given most developing countries’ reliance on foreign aid for their development efforts. The aid effectiveness agenda, shaped by a series of international conferences, declarations, and high-level forums, notably the Paris Declaration, sought to transform global aid practices. This book offers a detailed examination of the global aid effectiveness agenda in the context of Bangladesh, one of the world’s leading aid recipients.
