The rapid increase in global services during the last few decades is without doubt one of the most challenging social, cultural, political, and especially economic, forces of our time. The book identifies two types of CSS present in the workforce: one being skilled labour shortages in existing industries and the second being soft skills like critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
