This two-volume set LNCS 11590 and 11591 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Learning and Collaboration Technologies, LCT 2019, held as part of the 21st International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction, HCII 2019, in Orlando, FL, USA in July 2019. 

The 1274 full papers and 209 posters presented at the HCII 2019 conferences were carefully reviewed and selected from 5029 submissions. The papers cover the entire field of human-computer interaction, addressing major advances in knowledge and effective use of computers in a variety of applications areas. This book constitutes the proceedings of the 14th European Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning, EC-TEL 2019, held in Delft, The Netherlands, in September 2019. The 41 research papers and 50 demo and poster papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 149 submissions.  The contributions reflect the debate around the role of and challenges for cutting-edge 21st century meaningful technologies and advances such as artificial intelligence and robots, augmented reality and ubiquitous computing technologies and at the same time connecting them to different pedagogical approaches, types of learning settings, and application domains that can benefit from such technologies.

As a result of the Danish Government''s announcement, dated April 21, 2020, to ban all large events (above 500 participants) until September 1, 2020, the HCII 2020 conference was held virtually.

As a result of the Danish Government''s announcement, dated April 21, 2020, to ban all large events (above 500 participants) until September 1, 2020, the HCII 2020 conference was held virtually.

From a total of 6326 submissions, a total of 1439 papers and 238 posters have been accepted for publication in the HCII 2020 proceedings before the conference took place. In addition, a total of 333 papers and 144 posters are included in the volumes of the proceedings published after the conference as “Late Breaking Work” (papers and posters). These contributions address the latest research and development efforts in the field and highlight the human aspects of design and use of computing systems.

A total of 5222 individuals from academia, research institutes, industry, and governmental agencies from 81 countries submitted contributions, and 1276 papers and 241 posters were included in the volumes of the proceedings that were published before the start of the conference. Additionally, 174 papers and 146 posters are included in the volumes of the proceedings published after the conference, as “Late Breaking Work” (papers and posters). The contributions thoroughly cover the entire field of HCI, addressing major advances in knowledge and effective use of computers in a variety of application areas.

This proceedings LNCS 13517 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 24th International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction, HCII 2022, which was held virtually as part of the 24th International Conference, HCII 2022, in June/July 2022.

HCII 2022 received a total of 5583 submissions from academia, research institutes, industry, and governmental agencies from 88 countries submitted contributions, and 1276 papers and 275 posters were included in the proceedings that were published just before the start of the conference. Additionally, 296 papers and 181 posters are included in the volumes of the proceedings published after the conference, as “Late Breaking Work” (papers and posters).
