This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Mobile Networks and Management, MONAMI 2016, held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in October 2016.The 14 revised full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 18 submissions.
